On August 15, 2017, was held a working tasting of sparkling wines under the master’s work of the student Lysenko Helena (scientific supervisor – Oleksiy Leonidovich Khodakov, associate professor of the Department of technology of wine and enology). The event was attended by dean of the Faculty of technology of wine and tourism business G.O. Sarkisyan, associate professors of the the Department of technology of wine and enology O. L. Khodakov and I.S. Kalmykova, Head of Laboratory L.I. Olshevskaya, student E. Lysenko.
30 samples were presented for tasting: white sparkling wines from the Chardonnay variety and red sparkling wines from the Merlot variety, obtained through a variety of technological techniques.
The tasting took place in a working and friendly atmosphere.
