The finalist of the contest “Food Technologies -2019” (Kiev) Katya Zasukhina (scientific advisor – Associate Professor of the Department of Wine Technology and Oenology Kalmykova I.S.) visited the International Confectionery Exhibition ISM 2019 (Cologne, Germany).
Katya says: ” Very interesting confectionery products from around the world were presented on the exhibition: many caramels, chocolates, cookies, various snacks.
The new technology for the confectionery industry was also demonstrated.
I liked very much samples of products from Asian producers, including ice cream in rice dough. A great impression was also made by the master class for the production of caramel confectionery products.”
